Cancellation Policy

Can I cancel or reschedule my reservation for a scheduled class? 
Yes. Life is busy — we know things happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule. We simply ask that you give us at least 48 hour notice so we can give your spot to someone else. Also, please note that rescheduling and reimbursement options will never be given to no-shows.  Let us know if you won’t be there!

What happens if I cancel a Private Party?
Unfortunately, initial private party deposits are strictly non-refundable. However, if you contact us to cancel 14 days or more before your event, you will not need to pay the remaining amount that you would have been charged on the event day. Any reservations canceled within 14 days of the event must be paid for in full even if you cannot be there. Cancellations can be made via email at info@corkycreationspaintnsip.com or by calling (308) 455-3307.

Will you notify us if a class is canceled?
Yes. If the minimum number of painters (6) for your class is not met we will notify you 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Corky Creations may also cancel class due to bad weather, and in such cases notification will be sent at least 4 hours prior to class and participants will have the option to reschedule. You will never be charged for classes that have been canceled due to insufficient participation or weather concerns.
